Our office is open Monday - Saturday from 130pm-7pm. Classes start at 2pm. Our studio is very clean and comfortable weither you're here for the exsersize or here to check out the class. Our parking lot has plenty of spaces.
Rules & Agreements
Minimum age is 5 years old. Participants must sign a waiver upon membership signup. Water will be provided but we recomend bringing your own towel.
